Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing STRATEA’s website and using its AI Business Plan Generator. They outline your responsibilities, the limitations of AI-generated content, and the conditions governing your account. Please read them before using the Services, whether you are developing your own business or preparing planning materials for a client or organization.

Effective date: September 10, 2026
Service provider: [STRATEA], operating as STRATEA AI (“STRATEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of stratea.ai, app.stratea.ai, and related services covered by this agreement, collectively the “Services.”

By accepting these Terms during registration or another applicable acceptance process, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.

You must be at least 18 and meet the age of legal majority where you live, unless STRATEA expressly authorizes a supervised experience.

Using STRATEA for an organization

If you accept these Terms for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. References to “you” then include that organization.

Any separately signed agreement governs where it expressly overrides these Terms.

2. What the Services provide

STRATEA provides AI-assisted tools for developing and refining business plans. Available functions may help you organize business information, review assumptions, draft sections, and prepare planning materials.

Features and usage limits depend on the offering available to your account. Access to a feature does not guarantee its permanent availability.

Planning assistance and professional advice

The Services do not replace legal, immigration, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

A generated plan does not guarantee financing, visa approval, regulatory acceptance, or business success. Obtain qualified advice before relying on planning materials for decisions requiring professional judgment.

3. Account access and security

Provide accurate registration details and keep your contact information current. Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not give others access in ways that bypass account permissions or applicable usage limits.

For organization-managed accounts, confirm who controls workspace access before entering business or client information. Your organization may have additional rules governing your use.

4. Your content and AI-generated outputs

You may submit prompts, documents, financial assumptions, business information, and other materials, collectively “Input.” Content produced by the Services in response is “Output.”

Rights and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your Input. You must have permission to upload and use it, including materials belonging to clients or employers.

AI-generated material may resemble content generated for other users. Do not assume that an Output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Reviewing results

Check facts, calculations, sources, assumptions, and third-party references before using or sharing Output.

You remain responsible for your final business plan and its submissions. Do not present invented market evidence, financial results, or customer commitments as verified facts.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Services lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person, or submit information you lack authority to use.

Do not introduce malicious software, disrupt the platform, access another user’s information without permission, or bypass security controls and usage restrictions.

You must not use the Services to create fraudulent applications, fabricated supporting documents, or misleading representations to lenders, investors, government agencies, or customers.

Working with client information

Consultants and advisors must obtain appropriate authorization before uploading client materials. Check confidentiality obligations and remove information that is unnecessary for the planning task.

6. Fees and paid access

Where paid services are offered, review the price, currency, taxes, included features, and usage limits before purchasing.

Any recurring billing arrangement must be disclosed when you subscribe. Do not assume that a free account automatically includes future paid features.

Nothing in these Terms removes refund, cancellation, or other rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

7. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained. Review it before uploading personal or confidential information.

Avoid submitting passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless expressly requested through an appropriate secure feature.

The Services may connect with external providers or link to third-party websites. Separate terms may govern services you access directly from those providers.

8. STRATEA intellectual property

STRATEA and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, branding, and other proprietary service materials.

Your account provides permission to use the Services within these Terms and your applicable plan. It does not transfer ownership of STRATEA’s technology or trademarks.

Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary platform materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits it.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

Maintenance, technical problems, and external dependencies may interrupt access. Keep independent copies of materials you need for business operations or deadlines.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security threat, unlawful activity, or legal requirement.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Data retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free AI Output.

These Terms do not exclude liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rights may vary by province, state, and country.

11. Disputes and updates

Please contact us first with a description of any concern and the resolution you seek.

We may revise these Terms as the Services change. Updated versions will show a new effective date. Material changes will receive notice, and renewed acceptance where required by applicable law.

12. Contact and next steps
